About this Event
Sound healing is a wellness practice that uses the soothing tones of singing bowls to help you slow down and relax. In this women-only workshop, you'll settle in, breathe, and listen as the bowls fill the room with soft, sustained sound.
It is a peaceful pause from a busy routine, in a calm and supportive space with other women.
About the facilitator:
Sapna Kulshreshtha is a Sound Healer, Reiki Grand Master and Founder of Mishthy Yog Sadhna in Agra. She leads group sessions with singing bowls and guided meditation.
